Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. By using Surtrix, you consent to your data being processed and stored in Microsoft Azure data centres. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Document Retention

Certificates of Analysis, lab reports, and quality records permanently attach to a processor's profile and are never deleted. This is a core platform guarantee that enables buyers to trust the quality record they see is complete and unaltered.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
