1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Surtrix you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Surtrix is a trade facilitation platform that connects verified African processors and commodity producers with global manufacturers. The platform exclusively facilitates trade in processed, value-added commodities. Listings of raw, unprocessed materials are not permitted.

3. 24-Month Commission Window

By registering on Surtrix and participating in any match facilitated by the platform, you agree that Surtrix retains commission rights on any transaction between matched parties for a period of 24 months from the date of the initial introduction, regardless of whether subsequent transactions are conducted through the platform.

4. Account Types

Surtrix offers two primary account types: Manufacturer and Processor. Users may not hold both account types simultaneously. The account type selected at registration determines the features and permissions available to the user.

5. Verification

Processor accounts must complete the Surtrix verification process before their listings appear in match results. Surtrix reserves the right to reject or suspend any listing or account that does not meet our quality and verification standards.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not attempt to circumvent the platform by conducting transactions outside of Surtrix with parties introduced through the platform within the 24-month commission window. Users may not post false specifications, certifications, or company information.
